Dr. Lina Strupinskienė – graduated from Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University in 2008 and obtained a Master’s degree in Conflict Studies and Human Rights from Utrecht University in 2009. Since 2010, she has interned at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, working in the Office of the Prosecutor General on the case of Radovan Karadzic, President of the Bosnian Serb Republic. In 2015, he defended his dissertation “The Influence of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia on Reconciliation in Bosnia and Herzegovina” at Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University.
