The Geopolitics and Security Studies Center hosted the discussion “NATO Summit in Ankara: Key Decisions and Their Significance for Lithuania”, focusing on the outcomes of the Alliance’s Summit and their significance for Lithuania’s and the region’s security.
The discussion featured Lithuania’s Minister of National Defence Robertas Kaunas, Chief Foreign Policy Adviser to the President of Lithuania Asta Skaisgirytė, and GSSC Director Linas Kojala. The discussion was moderated by Vytautas Leškevičius, GSSC Chief Adviser on Foreign Policy.
The event also explored the importance of transatlantic cooperation, European defence investment, and the significance of NATO’s decisions for the security of Lithuania and the wider region.
