Linas Kojala, GSSC Director (CEO), participated in the discussion “From the Strait of Hormuz to the Baltic Shores: How Geopolitics Is Rewriting Our Economy?”, held during the XIV Congress of the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists. The event took place at the Merchants’ Club.
Other participants included Minister of Finance Kristupas Vaitiekūnas, Minister of Transport and Communications Juras Taminskas, Vice-President of the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists Andrius Pranckevičius, and President of the Lithuanian Stevedoring Companies Association Laimonas Rimkus.
The discussion was moderated by Eitvydas Bajarūnas, GSSC Associate Expert and the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists’ representative to the European Economic and Social Committee.
The discussion focused on the links between geopolitics and the economy, and on how international political developments affect the economic environment.
