Civilian infrastructure has become a strategic target—meaning NATO’s resilience must go beyond defence to include energy, transport, communications, logistics, and societal preparedness.

In a new commentary for the Atlantic Council, co-authored by GSSC Chief Foreign Policy Advisor Vytautas Leškevičius, the authors argue that the Alliance must better define resilience and invest in the capabilities needed to operate effectively during crises and conflict.
